AMI Co-Pilot 2.7.1

AMI’s Co-Pilot app provides route operators and location staff with access to jukebox and AMI device information and controls.

Operator-Only Controls:

• Check Route Connections - Monitor devices in error states, connectivity status, or immediate attention needs.
• Access Operator Reports - Review jukebox and mobile revenues, last collection time, staff rewards status, and more.
• Access Location Details - View contact information for locations and obtain driving directions.
• Receive Jukebox Notifications - Receive alerts for power downs, overheating, event mode, and door openings.
• Enable & Manage BGM - Activate background music at locations and customize station schedules.
• Credit Management - Add credits to jukeboxes.
• Launch Service Mode & Jukebox Calibration - Direct location staff to maintenance options for troubleshooting.
• Enable Staff Rewards - Enroll locations in AMI’s Staff Rewards Program to encourage mobile usage and revenue growth.

Operator & Location Controls:
(Note: Operators must grant location staff permissions to access any or all of the following features)

• Access Jukebox Remote Control Functions - Adjust volume levels, pause or skip songs, power off or reboot equipment.
• Create & Manage Digital Ads - Utilize Ad Manager to create and schedule ads on jukeboxes and connected TVs.
• Manage BGM - Temporarily customize background music station schedules.
• Event Mode - Temporarily pause music playback and disable paid selections for a defined period.
• Fast Blast - Send notifications to AMI Music app users once monthly.
• Manage Staff Rewards - Monitor weekly progress in the Staff Rewards Program and redeem earned AMI Music app credits.
